Super Successful Achievers Know How to Manage Focus, Time, and Money!

How can you create TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE in your company or, better yet, your industry? How can you become the DISRUPTOR? What's the fastest and most effective way to DIFFERENTIATE yourself and your business and market it better than all your competitors?
Would you need more time, money, or focus to accomplish all this? If you could improve just one, which one would be the most effective and have the most significant impact?
Before you answer, how many of us wake up earlier than everyone else? How many successful people have money but have plateaued and are stuck?
I've had to honor of interviewing some ultra-successful people on the move crush count podcast. I do these interviews because I want to help people win. I want to show you how achievers are changing business growth strategies.
Like Tony Robbins likes to say, "Success leaves clues!" It did not take long for me to discover the patterns and mindsets all these people have in common.
The most valuable resource you have - the most effective way to leapfrog your success and improve your life professionally and personally is to enhance your focus.
Focus more on what matters most. Laser-like focus will dramatically free up more of your time. More time will allow you to make more money. More time allows you to build stronger relationships with your spouse, kids, clients, and colleagues.
If you scan the content of most social media gurus today, they preach to wake up earlier. Start your day at 4:00 am, 5:00 am, or worse. Will that work? Yes. Most people underestimate the effort and activity it takes to be super successful. So naturally, if you put in more time, you should accomplish more. There are two problems with this way of thinking.
It's as if we've become obsessed with showing people how much we can outwork everyone else. A quick way to burn out fast, lose confidence, and give up is to do activities that don't help you accomplish your goals quickly.
How many New Year's resolutions have you started where you worked harder, put in all kinds of effort, kept hustling, and didn't have much to show for it? Did you continue those resolutions or give up on them after a short amount of time?
Doing more is great, but it’s not the BEST solution.
You want laser-like focus on what moves the needle. If you work on the right strategy, you can achieve your goals quicker and save time.
Today, your focus is more critical than ever because it's become too easy to get distracted by your newsfeeds, reels, and more.
Why is your strategy and focus more critical than your efficiency in knocking out tasks and doing more work? Because most people work on the wrong things.
I gravitate to people who can achieve maximum results with minimum effort. Super successful people make it look easy because they only work on what moves them closer to their goals.
How do they do it?

Get clear on your vision and all the goals along the way that will enable you to hit your targets.
Start by eliminating the activities you do that bring low or poor results.
The most successful business leaders and companies I know think long-term. They resist the urge to bring on new projects. They direct ALL their energy on accomplishing their goals.
When we say, "Ask yourself and your team better questions," that must include questions that help you anticipate potential barriers and roadblocks along the way because they will happen.
Hitting your goals is a lot like losing weight. It's easier to keep going when you continuously progress towards your goals because you build momentum. Momentum is a powerful thing. When each day builds off the last, this is when you start to grow exponentially.
With my businesses, we like to follow a simple Jay Abraham calculation. Jay teaches there are only three ways to grow any business:?
1.?????Increase your active client base
2.?????Increase your average dollar per transaction
3.?????Increase how frequently clients buy from you
We keep it simple because, as my good friend Michael Porro likes to say:
"Simple gets done!"
So, focus only on a few goals at a time. Implement a sound strategy to reach them. Make progress each day by only taking action that aligns with your plan.
Be strategic with your focus. Don't allow yourself to get distracted, and you'll have more time to do what you want to do and accomplish more than you imagined possible.
