CLIENT SERVICE TEAM LEADER
JOB PURPOSE
The Client Servicing Team Leader will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and tasks of the Client Servicing team, and reporting back to the Client Servicing Manager. This is achieved through efficient and effective management of tasks, processes and output to ensure ongoing operational efficiency and excellence
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
·????????Managing the day-to-day activities of the team
·????????Motivating the team to achieve departmental goals
·????????Delegating tasks to the team in line with the Client Servicing Manager
·????????Conducting training of team members when needed to maximize their potential
·????????Generate reports
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES
·????????Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Years and nature of experience
·????????4+ years of experience of operational experience of which 2+ years’ experience in company formation and business set-up.
·????????Must have experience in supervising a team.
·????????Proficient in English. Arabic is not mandatory, but desirable.
