Taking time to connect is a top priority for many Super Meeting attendees, and this year's agenda is chock-full of opportunities to catch up! Tuesday, Sept. 20

  • Rise and Shine: New Nexstar members, join us for a special breakfast at 8 a.m.
  • Member Roadmap Ideation: Participants in our Ideation Tables uncovered a universal membership need: a digital roadmap that simplifies the Nexstar experience. This session will focus on discovery – brainstorming what this could be. Come share your ideas from 4:15-5:15 p.m.
  • Welcome Reception: Cheers! Join us for a fun cocktail reception at 4:30 p.m.
  • Women of Nexstar: The Women of Nexstar group offers opportunities for women to connect with other dynamic women. The evening's casual networking reception takes place at 6:15 p.m. at the JW Marriott Brazos Room, Level 2. Click to learn more.

Wednesday, Sept. 21

  • Nexstar Technology: Are you utilizing Nexstar technology solutions to move your company and people forward? Learn what’s available as part of your membership and get a sneak peek on the future of Nexstar technology! A portion of this session is interactive; please bring your computer, phone, or other device. Join Arthur Kjelshus and his IT team, 2:45-3:30 p.m.
  • Strategic Partner Tradeshow: Howdy, Partners! Learn all about Nexstar’s valued Strategic Partners and the products and services they offer. Don’t forget about the famous “What’s in Your Toolbox?” game of cash prizes. The fun begins at 3 p.m. sharp!

Thursday, Sept. 22

  • Explore The Trades FUN-draiser: Support Explore The Trades' mission to elevate careers in the skilled trades by attending the ETT happy hour fundraiser starting at 4:45 p.m., and prepare for some Texas-sized fun! Learn about the organization's impact in communities nationwide AND put your leather-branding skills to the test! Tickets are $250/person ($200 of each ticket is a tax-deductible donation).
