Hi!
In my conversations with coaches, both seasoned and aspiring (and not only with coaches, I might add), I encounter two recurring concerns time and again: the nagging self-doubt of "Am I good enough?" and the dilemma of "How can I attract more clients without coming across as too salesy?"
Many attempt to address these challenges by accumulating more coaching techniques and certifications. While this expands their coaching repertoire, it often doesn't directly tackle the root of their concerns. Despite their growing expertise, making ends meet remains a struggle for some.
So, what's the solution?
At its core, it's about nurturing self-trust. It's about finding inner harmony, peace, and balance. It’s about "seeing the cheese and not just the holes in the cheese".
Let me share a simple exercise I recommend as a starting point. It shouldn't take more than 30 seconds each evening:
1.???Gratitude: Write down three things you're grateful for, especially those easy-to-overlook daily blessings.
2.???Pride: Note two small achievements from your day that you're proud of.
3.???Growth: Reflect on one thing you’d handle differently if faced with the same situation again.
This practice brings together three positives from gratitude, two from pride, and one growth opportunity, setting the stage for a positive outlook.
Here’s the real gem: While I can't back this up with scientific evidence, only my personal experience, when you review these points weekly—say, on a Sunday morning, as I do—you’ll see a collection of positives that reshape how you view yourself and your life. The feeling it generates is invaluable.

Yes, life is fraught with challenges, but you are more than you think you are.
Give it a try.
And, as always - feel free to comment, share your thoughts, and let me know if you have any questions at all!
Warm regards
