In concrete pouring process (especially pour underwater), as super cell is embedded in pile, it may restrict complete concrete flow, so a weak concrete layer may easily be formed to affect the pile quality and testing result.
Ougan Super Cell has two measures to solve this problem effectively:
Firstly, with the unique cone-shape flow-guiding mechanism, the surface of Super Cell can be seamlessly covered by pre-casted concrete in high strength;
Secondly, the residues from the pile bottom may be diverted up through the load cell.
