Supa Dupa Fly

Supa Dupa Fly

Hello Friend,

When you’re under a tremendous amount of pressure and anxiety, let’s face it, you can’t fly.

The fastest way to supa dupa fly is to?train your brain to soar.

Find a comfortable spot, and take a few deep breaths.

  • What are you grateful for?
  • What were your magical moments?
  • What made you happy?
  • What took your breath away?
  • What made you feel alive?
  • What brought?tears of joy to your eyes?
  • What made your heart skip a beat?

These moments may be heroic or intimate, simple or every day, but they all crack open our hearts.

You become lighter and happier.

Keep on going.

Reflect back on the past 11 months and list all the things that happened in your favor.

  • What opportunities came into your life?
  • Whom did you meet that had a positive impact?
  • What knowledge did you gain?

When you?reflect?on?everything for which you are grateful,?ponder?on the rich wisdom and knowledge that you gained?over the last year, and?celebrate?your experiences and achievements,?your essence changes.

You will feel clearer and more confident about what you must do in order to?supa dupa fly!

As we enter this wonderful Thanksgiving season, may your hearts be filled with joy, gratitude & awe.

All my very best,
