In the Sunset!!!

As another Monday in the office draws to a close, we are lucky to have the most beautiful sunset over the city this evening.

It got me thinking!! What will my final business sunset look like??

Let me be clear, its a long long way off yet. even at the age of 49 I see many more years in the business world, striving, achieving and hopefully inspiring others.

As the Founder of 15ten15 I find myself, without doubt, in my best ever role, a role that is driving me harder than at any point before and one that I can honestly see more potential in the future than at any other time in my 25 years in business.

Why? Simple - Because I have found something I truly love doing. 15ten15 is about recruitment and so much more. Its about belief, its about ambition, its about delivering a service to people that I truly believe in. And I go on and on and on about it, I have changed so much of my life that I now am truly blessed to be enjoying a fantastic time in a rapidly changing and evolving market place.

I have a passion for work that I can now take into my time running, training and then be able to motivate and teach others that the right opportunity/life is possible, no matter how difficult your journey seems when you are up against it.

I don't share this post to tell you how good my life is!! I share it as a question - Do you ever consider your last career sunset, your last day in business - And what do you think you will feel that day??

As they say in the sporting world, make sure you never leave anything on the field in the big games!! Now is your career, life, business - its your big game Now!!! Make sure you are doing what's needed to make sure you don't look back and wonder what you could have done.
