Sunseeker on Show Partner Series | Coleman Marine (A Gallagher Company)

The specialist Marine Insurance team from Coleman Marine have played an integral part in Sunseeker’s story for decades. Steve and his team really have become part of the Sunseeker Family over the years and the symbiotic nature of the relationship is testament to this.

At the Sunseeker on Show spectacle, we had the opportunity to speak personally with the brokers from Coleman Insurance to gain an insight into their partnership with Sunseeker.?

Speaking with Broker and Business Development Executive Johnathan Purvis on his role at Coleman Marine, he told us of their everyday process, ‘working with a network of introducers who send through their end customers’. “From that point we work directly with the customer and sort out their insurance requirements”. This trustworthy and personal service is one of the many reasons why Sunseeker clients opt for and stay with Coleman Marine.?

“Our relationship with Sunseeker dates back a long way” explained Johnathan when discussing the partnership with Sunseeker; “we have been working with the brand for many years and our brand culture mimics that of Sunseeker’s, looking after our clients is at the centre of what we do”.?

?Jonathan went on to detail their shared sense togetherness with Sunseeker: “we work closely with both the boat broker and the client to seek and apply the most appropriate insurance for their vessel. Over the years we, myself in particular, have without a doubt got to know the Sunseeker team closely and we most definitely count ourselves a part of the Sunseeker Family”.?

?The thoughtful efforts and tight-knit relationships formed by Coleman Marine with both brokers and clients is part of the reason why the relationship with Sunseeker remains so strong. Jonathan explained that “due to the nature of the job, we get some calls fairly late in the evening with last minute deals going through, however, we invariably have the clients best interest at heart, so don’t mind working out of hours.”

In discussion about the show we were able to ask Johnathon about which Sunseeker model on display he was most looking forward to looking around, of which he replied “over the years, I have been lucky enough to go on most of them, however, I am intrigued by the 90 Ocean and look forward to seeing how the Sunseeker Famous Five models differ to the older ranges. It is very exciting to watch a brand as big as Sunseeker make headway in such a competitive industry. We are very proud to work alongside this awesome company.”

?“Coleman Marine will be at the London Luxury Afloat event running from 21st-24th April and then at Palma Boat Show ten days after that.”, mentioned Johnathon when quizzed about where next we can find them in the Sunseeker diary. “We look forward to regularly attending events alongside Sunseeker once again as restrictions start to ease. We are very excited.”
