TecnoFerrari flies to Bangladesh: SunPower Ceramics acquires the fifth TecnoFerrari-made printer for its production site in Bangladesh, the eighth in the group

This is the case at PT Sun Power Ceramics , a well-known ceramic company in the Gazipur district, with which TecnoFerrari has been collaborating since 2014 and which, after the latest supply in June 2022, confirms its desire to create long-lasting and growing relationships with its customers. The Decora M8 installed inside the production centre has been specifically designed to handle both the decorative and the effects requested by the customer: TecnoFerrari's constant commitment to meeting the needs of its customers has enabled the company to acquire considerable know-how in both handling and digital #decoration in the ceramic industry.

Reliability, compactness, ease of use, robustness and minimal maintenance make it the ideal choice for those who demand the best. A complete range of heads, customised configurations, simple colour management solutions make it easy to produce unique products, with high-resolution intense or full-field designs, floor, wall, geometric or interlocking decorations, up to large formats. The machine purchased from SunPower is capable of double row printing: this means it has the capacity to print two rows of tiles with different graphics at the same time.

Of particular importance is the proprietary #software installed on the machine: 100% developed by TecnoFerrari's software developers, GeCo is the suite that governs the entire printing workflow, from the profiling phase to the linearisation phase, from the rip process to the proofing process, right up to the creation of the print job. With Decora, the 'streaming' working mode has been introduced, which allows the downloading of image data while the printing process is running: in fact, waiting times for the start of production are cancelled, which is particularly welcome for the printing of large and very large formats, or for lines with frequent design changes during the production shift.
