Sunny Side Up!

Each day I choose to live life Sunny Side Up.

I remember as a kid, every Sunday we would go to a Pancake House after church. My dad would get the traditional breakfast with eggs, Sunny Side Up! It made him happy and it was a great time together as a family.

Dad and I would go fishing every year, and we usually stopped at our favorite restaurant, Cedars, for… you guessed it, the traditional breakfast with our eggs Sunny Side Up. That always got our day fishing off to a great start.

These wonderful memories were shaped by my awesome Dad who was my hero. He encouraged me to live life, be active, treat others with love and respect, and live life Sunny Side Up!

What an important lesson for all of us. Our morning routine, how we begin each day is vital.

We get to choose a Positive Mindset and Perspective, or a negative one. For me it is a no brainer. I want to enjoy life and Bless, Encourage, and Inspire others.

One of the best ways to start your day is with a good morning routine. Yes, I start with Coffee! Then quiet time for prayer, meditation, and journaling. Finally I exercise every morning. It is good for my body, mind, and soul. I do this consistently.

You have to be consistent!

So, live life Sunny Side Up! Be Positive! Enjoy the abundance all around you, including your family and friends God put in your life.?

You really do get to Live the Life You Choose!
