Sunday Thoughts On Outlook On Life
Well I have been sitting here wondering what to say about the outlook on life while going through some articles I have written in the last few days and I have been wondering as to whether they are getting read or what people's perceptions are of them since what you do write will eventually have some sort of affect on your life and people's lives since there are times when people will have a negative perception as to what you write, so I have been aware of that possibility in offending them, which is what I want to avoid.
With that said, I will talk about this notion of having an outlook on life since it is an important part of our lives as to how our lives will turn out or the outcome as to how we will perceive life as a whole. Outlook on life could be having a mindset of going out of your own way in order to enjoy life. Or it could be having an attitude of thinking that life will turn out negative due to external influences that are negative or the feelings within ourselves that causes us to have a negative outlook on life.
This is just my view on this topic since it is only an opinion not to be taken too seriously because most people with some mental health issues or illness may have a negative outlook on life due to this and will need some sort of help from either a therapist, psychologist or psychiatrist in order to put their minds in order and to help them progress forward in their lives due to problems or hang ups they may have causing them to have a negative outlook in their lives.
But I will say though that having an outlook in life either negative or positive has an effect on our physical health too because negative thoughts from what I have read can affect our health in a way since our minds can eventually affect us physically due to the emotions that we suppress if they are not dealt with when we are feeling negative while positive emotions can help us in the long run when it comes to having an positive outlook in life but achieving this seems easier said than done.

I say this in closing because most of us including myself sometimes feel depressed for no reason even though at times we try to deny these feelings in order to feel positive but that isn't good either. So I think that we should find some purpose in life for ourselves or find some way in helping others which can be hard at times because we have the feeling that we are not helping ourselves or benefiting emotionally if we help others but I think that in a way we really help ourselves in having an positive outlook on life if we focus on helping others.
So, I will end this article with those thoughts.
