The Sunday Syndrome
The Sunday Blues, the Sunday Scaries, the Sunday Syndrome…
Whatever you call it, Sunday night anxiety is a real thing for far too many people.
Back in 2023, LinkedIn did a survey of 2000 U.S. workers that found 75% of workers get the Sunday Scaries. This is NOT good. Think about all the tension that gets brought into our workspaces on Monday morning.
If Sunday night feels like it’s the end of your freedom, maybe the person you really are is tired of putting on their work mask at 8AM and doing the “I love my job” dance for 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
Don’t ignore pre-Monday anxiety.
It doesn’t get better. I speak from experience.
Take time to find out why you get the Sunday Blues.

What might the Sunday Blues be trying to tell you?
