What I learned from 10k+ hours on LinkedIn.

You don't need to obsess about LinkedIn to be a master.

Concentrate on high-impact areas:

• Badass headshot.
• Tight headline.
• Senior title for most recent experience (titles matter for people and LinkedIn algo robots ??).
• Forward-thinking skills section.
• Using the platform consistently.
• Giving more, expecting less.

Do not concentrate on:

• 2000 character About Me sections.
• Oversharing performance metrics for each role.
• Hiring a LinkedIn coach.
• Bringing scientific logic to a highly subjective experience.
