Sundays are the day of rest.
Whether you’re going to church or sleeping in after a crazy?Saturday?night, Sundays are the day where you take it easy and regroup from the week.
But did you also know that Sundays are great for reflection, strategizing for the week ahead, and letting go of earthly attachments?
In this article, I aim to show you just that.
Sunday through the eyes of Chakra
By the way, when’s the last time you learned about your?chakra centers?
If it’s been a while,?here’s a quick recap: We have seven main chakra centers in the body, and each center can be associated with a day of the week.
Each chakra center has a unique?emotional theme, block, and audible frequency?(we’ll discuss this later). Each center can be activated independently; if left unchecked, it can become overused or underused.
Sunday’s Specific Emotional Theme, Block, & Frequency
On Sundays, your emotional goal should be to relax, reflect on your progress from the week, and lightly plan for the week ahead.
Here are three little chakra tricks I use to relax and reflect on Sundays.

Today’s recommended activities should help you process your last week and prepare for the week ahead.

In his book “Getting Things Done,” David Allen discusses having a “Weekly Review” day to sort through all your tasks and meetings from the week.?This is when you identify new priorities for the week ahead and ensure you’re going into the week with a fresh mind and clear direction.
Sundays are great days for this activity. Take some time to see what went well and what you can improve on for next week. Sunday is also suitable for accomplishing smaller tasks like meal prepping and organizing your medicine for the week so you can make the rest of the week more manageable for you.
