This oenological tannin of EBX oak is produced from heartwood of French oak. The wood of cooperage quality is matured naturally on Park for 36 months. Our extraction and concentration methodologies naturally guarantee the stability of the product, without any preservatives or additives. EBX produces five profiles. This EBX 12 profile accentuates the fruit aspects of the newly fermented or maturing wine.

The EBX extraction process at low temperature induces unrivalled complexity combined with a low level of astringency. The components present naturally in the oak are extracted in a gentle way and its original qualities are thus respected.

This tannin extract EBX 12 will preserve the wines treated from oxidation, stabilize their color durably and allow them to express their original qualities more intensely. If adverse growing conditions have caused a loss of fruit character, EBX 12 will help restore and enhance the desired aromas and flavors.
