This history is also recounted by Dr. Albert Schweitzer in his Nobel Prize acceptance speech - a history of war and its increasing horrors and its threat to human existence.?

This history is reversed by that of America - where George Washington hung up his sword and war robe before assuming the role of American President - in order to distinguish his role from that of European dictatorship, its horrors, its chaos, its religious massacres.

The stupidity and horrors of European history are most prominently featured in film - the medium invented by Edison - in his modest film studio in NJ:

Spielberg replicated the horrors of war with a depiction of the Warsaw Ghetto and the innocence of the little girl in the red coat -with Schindler's List:

These horrors are now visited upon Ukraine - by Putin:

to market our Democracy to the world - and to remind the world that Texas once saved France.?
