Sumner Capital Expands Its Platform

Sumner Capital is delighted to announce that Matt Whitby has joined as a Principal of the business, bringing almost 25 years’ experience within global property, financial services and funds management groups.

Matt has a strong track record in direct real estate strategy, advisory, investment, and transactional experience. He will be responsible for Investment and Capital management, for both existing and new clients, with a focus on origination, product development and fund mandates.
