SUMMETIX takes on 2025!

2024 was an eventful year for SUMMETIX. We signed new deals with clients. We expanded our UK presence with a marketing manager. We joined the Barclays Eagle Labs AI Bridge programme. We launched a?new product. And we extended our seed?investment round, setting us up for further growth in 2025. Also,?our study?on behalf of hotels in the Frankfurt train station area gained nationwide attention in Germany.

Here are some key highlights:

New Products

We launched SUMMETIX ASSIST and added game-changing features to SUMMETIX PRO.

SUMMETIX PRO is based on the original SUMMETIX, with better integration capabilities to client IT environments. The integrated chatbot also shortens the time to identify actionable insights.

SUMMETIX ASSIST is a digital assistant for customer service teams. It is currently being deployed to the first German city councils. The plan is to roll this out to commercial customers during 2025.

New Deals

Apart from the closed and ongoing deals with German city councils, we have also added a Tier 1 global automotive supplier. In hospitality companies, both our products are being used. SUMMETIX PRO has been used to better understand customer perception of hotels in different city centers. SUMMETIX ASSIST is making life easier for front line staff when responding to guest requests.

With SUMMETIX ASSIST, city councils in Germany are now cutting the response time in half. Leading to residents being more satisfied with their public services. A key strength of SUMMETIX ASSIST is as a digital assistant to contact center staff. The tool is trained on previous answers and saves staff a lot of time when crafting the right responses to queries.?

New Employee

In London, Bilge joined our team. She makes sure we attend the right events in London and is also ready to introduce SUMMETIX to prospective customers and investors.

New Partnerships

We have participated and presented at events with our partners T-Systems and Sopra Steria. As SUMMETIX is not a systems integrator, partnerships like these are vital to ensure successful delivery in more complex IT environments.

We were also successful in our application to?join Barclays Eagle Labs AI Bridge?programme delivered by CodeBase. The mentorship provided by the Eagle Labs and CodeBase networks have been extremely valuable to us. This as we are planning to expand our UK presence further this year.
