Summer's whimsey

What better way to celebrate the start of a summer, than to have a perfect professionally done photo shoot!  Family sessions are always fun and special in their own way.  They freeze that special moment in time, make time stop forever.  I personally have family pictures that were taken in late 1880's - most of the people that are in these images, I have no idea who they are.  But to hold that piece of history in my hands, to see into the past - always gives me goosebumps. Digital versions have their place, but they will never replace images on paper.  I really doubt that I can find a plug in or that my iphone (or my DVD/USB) will last 100 years. Archival photo paper and inks will last 100 years as long as they are kept from direct sunlight!

But what is even more fun, is to have a personal whimsical portrait session. Dress up like Marie Antoinette,  Louis XVI or any one your imagination embraces! Select perfect location, the perfect photographer and you are on your way.

And now that you have worked so hard to achieve that perfect summer body, doesn't sound like an optimum time for Boudoir shoot? All that luxurious lingerie, pared with pampering from make up artist and hairstylist -isn't all worth it? But of course it is! it is about those fleeting moments that we love to keep around forever. Embracing your beauty and seeing it presented to you as proof, that you are beautiful, and worth all the lovely moments and adoration from the people who are special to you.
