1. Duplicate record check when creating records using Salesforce flow.
2. User Access Policies features are now generally available
Setting up policies for new or updated users enables you to automate their inclusion in various permissions and groups, such as Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, License Assignments, and more. This automation significantly streamlines the onboarding process, reducing errors and saving time.
By configuring these policies, you simplify onboarding for new users. To activate this feature, go to Setup, then User Management Settings, and set both User Access Policies and Enhanced Interface for User Access Policies to TRUE.
3. Public Group Access Summary
Now users have access to a concise overview of public groups and User Access. Simply navigate to Setup, then Users, select a User, and click View Summary. This summary provides a convenient snapshot of User Permissions, Object Permissions, Field Permissions, Customer Permissions, Public Group Membership, and Queue Membership all in one place!
4. Updated Field History Tracking
Instead of checking the field history for each object separately, now you can manage it all on one page. Just pick the object you're interested in and click "View" to edit details on the side panel. It's a big time-saver.
To find this feature, go to setup and type "field history tracking" in the quick find box. It is important to note that the field history tracking only displays the field label and not the API name.
5. Five-Level Parent-to-Child Relationship SOQL Queries in Apex
In Apex, you can now use SOQL queries to explore up to five levels of parent-child relationships. Each level you go through counts towards the total number of queries allowed in a single statement.
This feature works in all versions of Salesforce. In API version 61.0 and beyond, you can start your query with a parent and then delve up to four levels deep into its child relationships. Here's an example of such a query with five levels of parent-child relationships.
To keep track of how many queries you're using, you can employ the Limits.getAggregateQueries() method. This method will tell you if you're nearing the limit, which is set at 300 aggregate queries.

6. Better naming convention for Flows
In the new Automation App, you can now organize your flows more effectively by adding a Category and Subcategory to each one. This helps you find and manage your flows better when viewing them in lists. However, remember that this feature is only available within the Automation App and not when saving a flow.
To get to the app, search for Automation in the App Launcher or select Enable the Automation Lightning App in Process Automation Settings.
7. Monitor Apex Scheduled Jobs More Efficiently
To prevent hitting limits, keep an eye on how much of your scheduled jobs quota you're using. Now, you can schedule Apex jobs directly from the All Scheduled Jobs page and manage them using cron expressions. Plus, you'll see the CronTrigger object ID linked to each scheduled job in the details list. This feature was made possible by suggestions on IdeaExchange.
This update works for all versions of Salesforce. To access it, go to Setup, type "Scheduled Jobs" in the Quick Find box, and select Scheduled Jobs. There, you can check the current usage statistics and see how many scheduled jobs your org is allowed.
8. Flow Creation
An extra step has been added while creating a new flow giving user to option to use flow templates or create a flow from scratch.
