We’re halfway through the year, and home sales on the north side of Chicago are up 70% over this time last year. Obviously, we were in the midst of a lockdown last year, but this is still an incredible jump in sales in just one year. Inventory is starting to grow little by little. With more homes for sale, demand is starting to drop ever so slightly.
