Joan and I continue to build the infrastructure around The Heroine's Journey steps to Joy, Freedom and Prosperity. YouTube, podcast, social media, book, courses and a solid website that lays a solid foundation for the "Walk the Journey" message encountering numerous challenges along the way. From software issues to platform changes, and even our video editing tools becoming obsolete, we've faced it all. However, we've taken this time to vet new support platforms, learn the changing algorithms, and implement processes to ensure consistency in quality and community building. Believe me the behind the scenes video will be very helpful for anyone else launching this journey.

With decades of experience, we have seen how AI has rapidly shifted the landscape. We've grabbed this opportunity to lay a solid foundation, ensuring our strategies are robust and adaptable to future changes.

Celebrating Small Wins and Overcoming Challenges

This summer, I've balanced work and play seamlessly. Here's a glimpse into my week:

1. Camping and Brainstorming: On Monday I took my son, two dogs, and my mom camping. While enjoying the great outdoors, we brainstormed our weekly content. It was a refreshing break and incredibly productive.
2. Coastal Bike Ride: On Wednesday I enjoyed a 12-mile coastal bike ride (on an electric bike) with a friend. This ride allowed me to gauge where people are in their mindset this summer. The fresh air and beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for creative thinking and planning.
3. Seizing Opportunities: Amidst these adventures, I have popped into every library along the path to update collateral, print proposals. Out of the blue, I had two in-person presentations with organizations I've been trying to connect with for over a year want to meet in person. They finally called, and I showed up ready to make an impact. Interestingly, neither organization knew exactly what they needed. They were using outdated terms and stale methodologies. With the power of tech and AI, I showed them how to 10x their efforts and automate processes for consistency and improved community development. This approach not only enhances productivity but also allows for more time in the real world and with loved ones...and back to the beach for me.
