Summer Spots - The Best Beer Gardens In London

We cant believe that it is already half the way through August, where has the time gone! The summer is still with us and we want to share some of the best pubs with beer gardens in London to enjoy the rest of the British Summer.


The Rose - Fulham

Straight away you will notice the eye-catching paint work on the front of the building of this classic British Pub. Located in Fulham this Pub is known for its large beer garden and traditional pub food. They host a range of events including Friday BBQ's, The Rose quiz night and a bottomless brunch consisting of unlimited Prosecco, Mimosas & Bloody Mary’s over 90 minutes accompanied by fabulous food. They also host party's and events in their beer garden. The garden is beautiful with beds of flowering shrubs and its own water feature. The perfect location for a drink or meal, you wont go hungry with their mean serving BBQ burgers, steak and lobster. You can also relax in the more private areas of the garden and do work, Wi-Fi is available. If you get a little cold then turn on one of the venue outdoor heaters.

The Rose

The Princess Royal?- Notting Hill

The Princess royal is a popular spot in Notting Hill which has been tastefully restored and is filled with vibrant spaces including the light flooded conservatory, grand private feasting rooms, four boutique bedroom and two splendid terraces by Jinny Blom – a renown British architect and garden designer. The Beer Garden has an enchanted feel, perfect for a calming date night by the olive tree, as the evening progresses turn on the outdoor heaters and take in the luxury of your surroundings. The food offering is inspired by the glorious sun-drenched Mediterranean way of life as well as focused on seasonality and bountiful British produce. The menu is prepared by Ben Tish and offers a variety of options from sea food and shellfish from their raw bar to hearty Sunday roasts. ?

The Landor - Clapham

The historic Landor is a charming neighbourhood pub located in Clapham, the perfect location to hang out with friends, enjoy a refreshing beverage and play pool. There is a bohemian style throughout with a laidback vibe and award winning beer garden, recently voted one of ‘Britain's best beer gardens by Esquire Magazine. The garden hosts a cosy covered area with romantic fairy lights and a large open air seating space providing an excellent music selection, summer parties and regular BBQs. Serving anything from craft beer?to frozen margarita. This pub also has a hidden gem, located on the first floor you'll find a stylish, versatile venue for hire and events. The Regent?- Balham

The Regent Pub is in Balham and is a lively contemporary spot made up of reclaimed oak tables, cosy booth seating and exposed Bricks. Hosting live music, happy hour and bank holiday carnivals this is the venue to hang out with friends and have a boogie. They also show live sporting events daily on their large screens. Serving signature burgers to bar snacks and sharing plates including Sunday roast and brunch menus. You will find a hidden terrace, the perfect spot to find the British sunshine, when it makes an appearance and with three giant screens and projectors, you'll not miss a thing. ?

The Regent

The Ship?- Wandsworth

The Ship is a stunning waterside pub and restaurant in Wandsworth, this idyllic venue is perfect for taking breathtaking photos and relaxing with friends and family. They have been serving delicious food on the Thames since 1786 including delicious brunch plates and bright, vibrant salads, nostalgic soul-warming dishes and traditional hearty classics. The Ship

The Windsor Castle Pub ?- Notting Hill

The Windsor Castle is a traditional, old gastro pub based in Notting Hill, immediately you notice the vines growing on the front of the pub giving it that classic, old-world pub feel. The traditional pub feel continues through out with wood panneled walls, a large cosy fireplace and large bar area. They offer traditional pub food with a modern twist, including steaks, burgers, lamb rump, fish and chips and more. In the evenings they offer an a la carte menu. The garden is spacious and offers both a covered area and open-air seating spread over two levels. Plenty of room to enjoy one of the local ales, from Marlow to London, an international draught beer or a Swedish cider on a nice summers day. ?
