Summer Planning

Summer Planning

If you're like me, you're enjoying the start of the warm weather and the (slightly) slower pace of summer.

I also find that summer is an excellent time to take stock of the year and plan ahead for what I want to accomplish before the pace picks up again in the fall. If you're like me, think about what you've accomplished this year. How will you position yourself in the upcoming year? What will you set out to accomplish? And, how will you invest in yourself?

We are running three of our most popular leadership programs this fall. Each addresses different leadership goals to help you with your unique professional development.

Strategic Business Leadership:

If your goal for this year is to elevate yourself from a functional expert to a strategist who can think at the enterprise-level, consider our Strategic Business Leadership program. You’ll get the tools, skills and mindset necessary to become a cross-functional leader and expand both your influence and your effectiveness. This program begins October 30th and includes personal coaching.

Executive Leadership:

If you’ve already positioned yourself at the enterprise level but need to refine your skills and capabilities as a leader, I would recommend our Executive Leadership program. Tailored to your unique leadership goals and challenges, this program will help you develop a more conscious and intentional way of leading, using a critical synthesis of management, leadership and engagement. This program begins October 16th and includes personal coaching, a pre- and post-program 360 leadership evaluation, and membership on advisory panels.

Financial Literacy:

Finally, if you want to increase your ability to analyse financial statements and increase your ability to ask the right questions so you can make better strategic decisions, consider the very popular Financial Literacy program, which starts October 27th.

I would be happy to discuss which program is right for your personal needs, or what’s next for your career. You can call me at 416.946.0722 or message me with questions.
