RAILTEX: SHAPING THE FUTURE OF UK RAIL
High Speed Rail Hub
In 2019 specifically, HS2 aim to deliver ‘progress on stations and rolling stock’ and to ‘prepare for operations in order to deliver new standards in customer experience’. The High Speed Rail Hub at Railtex is a new initiative to allow key stakeholders, policy makers and delivery specialists to work together on the main project objective of adding capacity and connectivity to the UK’s transport network. The challenges and opportunities of high speed rail stretch well into the future and this is your chance to be part of the discussion.
Digital Rail Forum
The Digital Rail Forum will focus entirely on what has been one of the most talked about programmes in recent years. Railtex – now in its 26th year – will merge project management and supply chain to allow the industry to look forward together through thought-leadership, insight, sense testing, qualitative engagement and cross-fertilisation, to ensure these common goals are met. The forum will help establish what a future digital railway can look like and achieve, with the support of the broad scope of industry sectors represented.
Railway Industry Association
The new RIA Hub at Railtex brings members of the UK’s leading rail association together in a focussed environment, which will also host the Knowledge Hub, our established theatre for project updates, industry briefings and keynote addresses from industry leaders. Railtex and RIA are passionate supporters of SMEs and are pleased to offer qualifying businesses a dedicated platform to discuss their innovations for the first time. The Railway Industry Association are currently finalising an exciting programme for our new conference, which will take place alongside Railtex and will offer the chance to discuss a variety of important industry matters across the 3 show days.
