Summer Internship with Medtronic

During the summer of 2023, I had the privilege of continuing my enriching internship at 美敦力 , where I had the opportunity to apply my Information Technology & Management knowledge to real-world scenarios.

Under the guidance of my Manager, I worked on diverse technologies such as Azure, PowerBI, Snowflake, SQL, Tableau and advanced Excel. My primary focus was building specific dashboards to provide valuable insights and data-driven decisions for the team to achieve business objectives. Additionally, I contributed to data analysis, preprocessing, and documented the impacts of technical changes within the business unit. Throughout the internship, I engaged in various activities, including data gathering, analysis, dashboard creation, and Storytelling. The experience deepened my understanding of software methodologies, quality assurance, and agile practices, enhancing my technical skillset significantly.

Through my technical endeavors during the internship, I augmented my Business acumen, honed my Data Analysis skills, and adopted a strategic approach to problem-solving. Additionally, I gained valuable insights into the organization's processes. The internship also presented ample opportunities for me to enhance my interpersonal skills through effective communication and networking. I cultivated an optimistic mindset, embracing every challenge as an opportunity for growth. My attention to detail was sharpened significantly during this enriching experience. As I conclude this transformative journey, I carry with me a wealth of technical knowledge and a profound appreciation for the power of teamwork, innovation, and adaptability.

Overall, this internship has left an indelible mark on my personal and professional growth. It has laid a strong foundation for my career, and I am grateful to all those who made this experience possible.
