Summer Internship at MaryRuth's

After I quit my job at Flipkart to pursue a master’s degree in supply chain management, I was excited to land a summer internship at Mary Ruth Organics as a Supply Chain Intern. This was an opportunity for me to get back to the real-world challenges.

I have worked on multiple projects at Mary Ruth Organics, but being a part of strategic discussions has been one of the most enriching aspects of my internship. I learned how leadership evaluates market trends, consumer behavior, and operational challenges to make informed decisions that drive the company forward. This exposure helped me appreciate the importance of strategic alignment in achieving organizational objectives. Gaining insights from the team's experiences and their problem-solving approaches helped me enhance my analytical and strategic thinking skills.

I enjoyed the company culture at Mary Ruth Organics. I worked with a diverse and passionate team that promotes health and wellness. The supportive environment encouraged creativity and innovation, allowing me to share ideas and contribute meaningfully to projects.

As my summer internship draws to a close, I am grateful for the mentorship provided by Gina F. , TJ Walsh , and Tess Blankenship . Their guidance has been instrumental in deepening my understanding of supply chain dynamics and strategic alignment.
