The interns were excited to present their ideas to the executive and leadership teams, and hope to see their concepts come to life in the coming years. Reflecting on the experience, Sydney, J.Jill’s Human Resources Intern, remarked, “It has been an incredible opportunity to collaborate with my fellow interns on this project! It allowed me to connect with various teams and gain a thorough understanding of J.Jill’s departments, operations and customer.”
The interns wrapped up their time at J.Jill with a send-off celebration. We greatly appreciate their hard work and dedication throughout the summer. They will be surely missed, and we wish them continued success as they return to school.
An impressive group of professionals, this team fit right in at J.Jill and together presented a thoughtful and creative plan. Congratulations to each of you and all the best in your upcoming school year!
