?? Summer is here! Updates from One.

It’s been a month since the last update, and since there were a lot of positive reactions, I’m actually considering to make this a monthly thing. The thing is…just so much happens here at One every month! Lot’s to share again for the ones who have been following us for a while now, or the ones who just want a peek behind the scenes. 

Expanding the portfolio!

You know that feeling? That feeling you know you're on a roll? That you're just on to something. Well, that's how it's been feeling around Keizersgracht 620, One HQ. If we look at the amazing partnerships we established over the last few weeks, and the successes we achieved for our current portfolio, we're just proud!

Our latest addition is for example StartupDelta, asking us to help them on their mission to make The Netherlands ???? the number 1 startup ecosystem in Europe and find domain-leaders on Talent and International Markets.

After supporting Virtuagym to enforce their sales team, they have now trusted us to find their next Chief Commercial Officer. At Roadmap we are working on bringing in a Customer Success Manager who will set up an entire department, and at the same time we are looking for a Head of Growth for one of the fastest growing FinTech's in The Netherlands, InvoiceFinance. Meanwhile, Speakap just continues to grow and it's great to extend our partnership in the search for tech-talent.

The biggest news this month came from our long-time partner Talmundo, who were finally able to tell the world they were acquired by HR Nordic Group. This enables them to grow even quicker, and after congratulating Stijn, Sander and the rest of the team, we turned on our recruitment engine again for some new roles right away! Just look at their new careers-page, with some familiar faces who all joined via One!

It's just great to really feel part of amazing companies like the above and be part of their growth, with all ups and downs included!

Team ???????????

This month the team left the office behind for a day to brainstorm, share ideas, but most of all, enjoy some off-time together. We had an amazing lunch at Conservatorium Hotel, after which we jumped on a boat to enjoy some drinks in the sun! We're already looking forward to the next one, organized by me and Justin ??

One is growing again. We found that we need more manpower in our recruitment team, and we were so happy to meet Daan Gehrels. He is joining us as of August as our newest Talent Business Partner. Our strong team of 4 recruiters now consists of different expertises, which allows us to help our partners with dedicated team members.

New business and recruitment are 2 completely separate departments at One. Now that we have a strong recruitment team in place, we wanted to upgrade our sales team as well. Laura du Ry will join us as of August as well, structuring our sales-cycles and optimizing our funnels and becoming the Hubspot-master!

More people, means more culture! And, what better way to capture your culture and share it with the world than partnering up with Spielwork! We already knew Manus, Teun and the rest of the team, but this month we established a working partnership to share learnings, and benefit from each others networks. Fixing the recruitment game ?

While we're busy finding the right leadership talent for our partners, we also keep our word when it comes to fixing the recruitment game. When we started One, our biggest goal was to deliver a better recruitment experience to companies, candidate, and the recruiter him/her-self!


We do this by staying open to learn, taking in suggestions and ideas from internal or external sources, and for example doing a big white-board session on improving our funnel. We plan on doing this more often, and improving step by step, with a agile mindset.

These months are usually pretty slow due to the holidays, but we don't sit still. It gave us some time to prepare for the upcoming months. We expect them to be crazy on the client as well as candidate side of the market. Bring it on August!
