Summer 2023 Internship Experience - CCC Intelligent Solutions.

This summer, I had the incredible opportunity to continue my internship journey with CCC Intelligent Solutions as an Application Analyst Intern. Building on my spring internship experiences, I was eager to go even further into the area of integration projects and hone my abilities in platforms like BillingPlatform, Jitterbit and Salesforce.

I had the opportunity to work on a variety of fascinating and important projects during my summer internship. I was given even more duties, and my job description changed to include creating and putting into place complex system integrations. In addition to this, I got the opportunity to work on other crucial time-sensitive business operations that the billing team must finish every month.

In my position, I concentrated on developing new features and fixing critical issues which were raised by customers and business teams. I worked on creating end-to-end integration processes utilizing Jitterbit for diverse activities, with a focus on requirements streamlining. This helped to ensure smooth data flow and communication as cross-functional teams had to work together.

I gradually became my team's go-to resource for many duties as my internship progressed. Being a dependable resource for information and assistance further strengthened my standing as an important addition to the company.

CCC continued to support and encourage my professional development throughout my internship. The organization gave me the tools and support I needed to continue developing my skills in a variety of areas. Being a part of a creative and collaborative environment inspired me to push my limits and think creatively, which ultimately helped make a variety of projects delivered successfully. I would want to express gratitude to my managers Sharad Jayachandran and Bala Kasiroju for their guidance, mentorship and support throughout the internship. Ultimately, this internship was an excellent experience for the summer, and I will continue it into this fall semester.?
