Summer 2023 experience at Novelis

As the days of summer unfolded, so did an unforgettable journey of learning, growth, and exploration during my internship at Novelis in Atlanta.?Under the guidance of my exceptional manager, the dynamic 微软 Team, and the collaborative NTT DATA Team, I embarked on a transformative experience that opened doors to diverse opportunities and expanded my horizons.

Throughout the summer, my primary focus was on leading the pivotal project, Azure-SAP Optimization. This endeavor demanded a comprehensive review and analysis of Novelis's existing infrastructure, systems, and technologies. I delved deep into the intricacies, aiming to uncover areas ripe for enhancement in efficiency and effectiveness. As I immersed myself in the project, I gained invaluable insights into the complex interplay between Azure and SAP solutions.

One of the highlights of my internship was the chance to deploy Azure Center for SAP Solutions functionality for the company. This multifaceted task involved registering existing SAP systems with Azure, where I had the privilege of putting my theoretical knowledge into practical application. The sense of achievement that accompanied the successful deployment was truly gratifying.

My role extended beyond the confines of technical implementation. I embraced the power of data analysis by utilizing Azure Cost Management API and Power BI. Through this process, I meticulously studied data, to gain a deeper understanding of cost management. The construction of insightful models allowed me to present data, enriching my analytical capabilities.

Furthermore, I embraced the challenge of crafting custom AZ Scripts using PowerShell / Azure CLI. These scripts were tailored to extract specific data as per the requirements

None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support and mentorship of my manager Robert Max , whose guidance and belief in my potential catalyzed my growth. I am incredibly grateful for the exposure to diverse opportunities and the constant encouragement to push beyond my boundaries.
