Summary update 2020 / 2021 incl. Special Offer!

Yesterday was the first work day of 2021 for me, after what was a short but fantastic down time in Kihei, South Maui ?????

This break gave me enough time to take stock of Yr 2020, Plan for 2021 and make a ??Special Announcement / Offer ?? at the very end of this post - you can scroll to that first if you'd like ??

What an insane year 2020 was on Health / Political / Environmental fronts ??; on the business front though - it was a busy year to say the least!

It was indeed my pleasure to serve ~15+ families in 2020 with their Real Estate Sales /or Purchase needs with 3 of those transactions completing in the month of December including one of those on Dec 31...how memorable is that?!!! ??????

My deepest gratitude to all these client friends for giving me the opportunity to partner with them on one of the biggest decisions of their lives and to those who have given me their referrals - THANK YOU!!! ??????

Looking ahead, I have set a BIG GOAL for my business. I'll share more on that soon in my annual write up here on LinkedIn. But here's in a gist, how 2021 is forming up:

- 5 purchase transactions that are in contract, completing some time between Jan - Apr;

- 1 Home For sale listing hitting the market next week (more on that in the next post)

- 1 Home listing that is being prepped as we speak, to hit the market late Feb / Early Mar.

- Showings underway for at least couple of active home purchase clients!

While I am thankful for the beginning, to norm and finish at my targeted goal post but for sure I am going to need all of your / my network's help, support, referrals and blessings! please keep them coming - THANK YOU once more for everything ??????
