• Used Agile methodology, principles, and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions. The cadence and ceremonies (events) established.
• Provide the necessary training, mentoring and support to the Agile teams to follow Agile best practices and facilitating all scrum events including daily standups,

Project: School feeding program.

·?????? Worked closely with stakeholders who supported the training events by translating content to the local language for requirements gathering and assisted generating user stories. Each team made up of a Developers, Data architect, Solution architect and product owner.

·?????? Using Jira as the main tracking tool with teams to mobilized and registered pregnant and nursing women for nutrition training in a logistics and distribution environment using mirror (white board)

·?????? Provided food assistance to people living with HIV/AIDS, along with team of 5 Scrum masters, led transformational initiative from Waterfall to Agile. With an emphasis on lean principles and Kanban, in accordance with organizational mission.
