1.????? We must evaluate ourselves on the VUCA compatibility and outline the positions where we are and how far we can progress.
2.????? In the modern world that is changing rapidly within hours a person must have self-awareness on how relevant he/she in this progressive world.
3.????? If any lacking is observed, we must improve those skills to match the race of world. We may use platforms like coursera to find skills and improve.
What culture should be maintained to make employee feel his presence in organisation
1.????? To make an employee feel that his/her presence is important in an organisation it is important to listen to them
2.????? This will provide an opportunity to understand their problems and find suitable solutions to them.
3.????? People will always give signals that their problems are not listened, organisation has to identify those signals and make sure they listen to the concerns.
4.????? Each problem has different frequencies and the solution to those problems should match to that frequency.
5.????? The members of an organisation also must understand that management means only the people in leadership positions, management of an organisation includes all the members of the organisation.
6.????? Thus, involvement and efforts of all the members of the organisation defines the success of the organisation.
