2. Objective (CM 2): The key objectives of the Code Management include specifying the framework for implementing and enforcing the Grid Code, defining the functions and composition of the Grid Code Review Panel (GCRP), and establishing procedures for amending the Grid Code.

3. Information Dissemination (CM 11): This section addresses the communication between the System Operator (SO) and Code Participants, ensuring effective dissemination of information.

4. Contracts Prior to Enactment of Grid Code (CM 12): It specifies the handling of contracts made before the implementation of the Grid Code.

5. Hierarchy (CM 13): This section establishes the hierarchy of the Grid Code and its sub-codes, ensuring consistency and resolving any discrepancies.

6. Indemnity to the SO (CM 14): It outlines the provisions for indemnifying the System Operator against any claims or liabilities.

7. Unforeseen Circumstances (CM 15): This section deals with the management of unforeseen events or circumstances that may affect the Grid Code's implementation.

8. Force Majeure (CM 16): It addresses the handling of force majeure events, such as natural disasters or emergencies, and their impact on the Grid Code.

9. Partial Invalidity and Severability (CM 17): This section specifies the treatment of provisions that may be deemed partially invalid, ensuring the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

10. Grid Code Implementation, Enforcement, Interpretation, and Non-Compliance (CM 18): It establishes the mechanisms for implementing, enforcing, interpreting, and addressing non-compliance with the Grid Code.

Thanks for sharing - one of the much awaited handling of HVDC lines and introducing voltage levels beyond 500 kV is a welcome addition. Can you share the technical CMs usually between CM6-11.
