SUICIDE PREVENTION
Disclaimer: The following represents my personal beliefs based on Christian teachings and is not intended as professional advice. If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health issues, please seek help from a qualified professional.
I write to empower, help, and bring about positive change. I state things as they are, even if the truth hurts. While my views may be imperfect, they come from a place of deep care for humanity. I believe it is better to speak out than to turn a blind eye to something destructive for the soul.
After death, the body rots, but the soul never dies. It can experience eternal joy in Paradise or pain in Hell. One of the gravest actions that can affect the soul is taking one's own life.
According to Christian beliefs, suicide is not a solution but a path that may lead to eternal suffering of the soul. Therefore, choose life over death. I believe you can turn your life around and find peace, but you must continue living. When trials seem unbearable, keep saying the following:
"Lord, You are my light! Enlighten me!
Lord, You are my strength! Strengthen me!

Lord, You are my Savior! Save me!"
At the same time, I urge anyone who is struggling to seek help and find hope in community, counseling, and faith. Life is precious, and there are people and resources available to provide support. Please reach out to mental health professionals, support groups, or trusted individuals in your community.
Humans deal with numerous issues, burdens, trials, or mental illnesses. Most don’t talk about them and are left alone to battle their trials. These trials can feel unbearable, like carrying a sledgehammer on your shoulders. The weight can make people question why they should continue if there's no end to the suffering. But there is always a solution. As long as there's life, there's hope. As long as there is God, there's a spark of hope that can ignite and fill your entire being. You just need to grab onto that hope tightly and never let it go.
However, depression can make one lose hope and see no reason to live. It puts the mind in a dark state where there's no purpose, and hope is lost, leading to suicidal thoughts. In my belief, instead of solving a temporary problem, suicide creates an eternal one. According to Christian teachings, God commanded us not to take life.
Be strong and choose to fight for your life and future. You can do it!!! Have faith and regain your hope. Turn to God and pray. Say, "Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner." Start going to church and taking part in sacraments. Having God in your life brings comfort and hope. You might find support in the church.
Find ways to deal with your depression. Get enough sleep, surround yourself with positive people and thoughts, engage in activities that bring joy, and talk to people you trust. Exercise and see a medical practitioner. They can diagnose and help you manage your depression. Remember, you are not alone, and life can change for better! There are people who care, as well as God.
