Not a Suggestion Box!!!

For starters, Peak is not a suggestion box. To illustrate what I mean,let me tell you a story about bathroom hand dryers. A few years ago, I was in my office when I got a call from a city attorney. “Hey,” said the woman on the other end, “I hear you’re the guy to call to fix anything in the city.” That’s a hell of a title, I thought. Did I just get a promotion? She continued: “All the bathrooms in this building are designed wrong. You see, the paper towels are at the wrong end of each sink, so you have to walk back and forth after every time you wash your hands to pull the towels out of the dispenser. You really need to move all the paper towel rollers to the other end of the sinks near the door.” She continued to talk about how terrible the bathrooms were designed and then finished with the kicker: “Plus, this is Denver! How sustain-able are paper towels anyway? Shouldn’t we be using air blowers?”
