Trump can not serve in any role at any level of government because he supported an insurrection. The 14th Amendment is self-actuating, which means it is already in effect. Its validity is unquestioned; it has already been tested and used. No action is needed; he cannot serve.
Because Trump cannot serve, the US has to have another election. Biden can continue as caretaker President while the eligible candidates get on the ballots in all 50 states and one is elected.
The new election can be held in 60 or 90 days. It is open to anyone who can get on the ballot in every state. The winner (be it an outright majority, first past the post, or weighted) is the next President, sworn in ten days after the results are announced.
There is an interesting corollary to this action. Any member of Congress or Senator who supported the insurrection in any fashion may not hold office. The positions they hold or were elected to will have to be filled with eligible people, so their positions will be open for people to run and get elected in those districts.
Please feel free to forward, discuss, and implement this country-saving suggestion. Let’s make it happen. A second interesting facet of this process is the requirement to monitor the voting machines and upload the results closely.

2 个月Your comments make perfect sense, but that has never stopped Tr*** from trampling on the Constitution with his MAGA buddies. I have never believed the laws of our nation would or could be swayed by power and money until now, and I see the truth. At 75, this is a heartbreaking revelation. Now I see it's always been a rigged game and it's time we all face the truth and ask ourselves the most important questions: 1) "Does my vote count?" If not, then we are already in an oligarchy. 2) "How is it that Senators and House of Reps make $174,000 a year, and when they leave office, they are worth millions?" Nice job if you can get it since there are no repercussions - even for Justice Clarence Thomas, who insists he is above the law, and Justice Roberts blinks and ignores the issues. 3) "How is it that Tr***'s bottomless pit of money for attorney's fees has kept him facing penalties for his crimes, including stealing highly classified documents and storing them in a bathroom and a storage locker near MaraLago? The list of his crimes continues, yet the Supreme Court finds Tr*** cannot be held accountable. It's a rigged game." I have cast my pearls before swine, and it breaks my heart, but I will not quit fighting for justice and liberty.
