Sugar vs Fat Stats
As the sugar debate continues at Government level we continue to beat the drum and shares information to help people make better choices and enjoy improved wellbeing. There is much discussion about the benefits of the Low Carb High Fat (LCHF) approach as a result.
Whilst we do not profess to be medical or health experts, when it comes to fizzy pop drinks we do know that water is best and if you want to jazz it up, do it naturally with fruit infusions and herbs.

9 年Our systems are designed by nature to cope with no more than 12g of sugar per day. The only fats that are dangerous (in any amount) are trans fats. Eskimos eat very large volumes of saturated fat in the form of blubber, They have no history of heart disease. Trans fat stats are never talked about. I wonder why? Clue: increased shelf life of products.
