The Sugar Reset Challenge

The Sugar Reset Challenge

In the United States, some agencies report that the average

American consumes nearly 126 grams of sugar per day – about 46 kilograms (101

pounds) per year, which is roughly the weight of 22 bricks! To put it into

perspective, 126 grams is equivalent to about 32 sugar cubes consumed every

single day.

Many of us don't eat as well as we should. Processed sugar is one of those things that hides in numerous foods and beverages in amounts you would never expect to be as high and can have a detrimental affect on our bodies and minds .

Things you might think of "healthy" can be packed with extra sugar. Protein bars, soda, granola, cereals, and smoothies. A Grande vanilla latte at Starbucks contains a whopping 35 grams of sugar and the Java Chip Frappuccino tops out at 80 grams!

If you are looking to eat a bit healthier and eliminate some of this sugar in your diet, check out this playbook below.

As Jim Rohn once said,

"Take care of your body. It's

the only place you have to

live."
