Is sugar really harmful? Not at all,?honey. If consumed in a limited amount, it's not! But the point is that IT'S JUST NOT NEEDED! The consumption of sugar releases Dopamine and Opioids, which are the ‘feel-good’ brain chemicals! Just like when you consume certain drugs like cocaine! IT’S A BITTER TRUTH! :P But it is what it is!
