Suffering Joint Pain? Try Schwarz Turmeric. You'll Be Amazed.

In recent years I’ve suffered worsening back and joint pain. I fixed the back pain by building myself a new bed. My old bed broke, and looking at it I realised there wasn't that much to them, so I bought some timber and built one from scratch, but with a solid bottom instead of the usual curved wooden stays. Result, no more back pain.
But the joint pain persisted. I’m 60 now and have been messing about with motorcycles most of my life, and occasionally falling off, so it’s not surprising. Lately I’d been taking Ibuprofen daily for a painful right shoulder, the after-effects of dislocating it in an accident in the south of France 1989 and riding the bike back home a week later against the French doctor’s orders. However, a medical professional told me that taking Ibuprofen indefinitely was a bad idea, so looking in Holland & Barrett, I saw Turmeric on sale in capsule form. H&B tends to be expensive though and I am the ultimate sceptic where pills and potions are concerned, so rather than splashing £12-odd on a tub of capsules I figured I’d just buy a jar of ground Turmeric from the supermarket.
From the Co-Op I got two 37g jars of Schwarz crushed Turmeric for £3.50. The effect has been amazing. I’ve been taking a teaspoon full, daily, for about a week now. Within a couple of days all my joints were feeling better, my shoulder especially. I’ve spent most of the holiday fitting heavy interior oak doors at our place and previously that kind of lifting would cause agonising pain in my shoulder for days afterwards, so bad it would stop me sleeping. Now, despite a week of heavy work, I’m suffering hardly any pain in it at all. Today I went to Costco and bought two large 380g jars for £4.35 each, which works out about a quarter of the price of the small jars. Since then though, a biker mate of mine has pointed out it's even cheaper at Sainsbury's - https://www.sainsburys.co.uk/.../rajah-haldi-ground ...
I mix it on my plate into soup, stews, pasta, curries, mash, baked beans, curry sauce from the chip shop, Chinese takeaways – anything really. I like spicy stuff, so it’s no problem to me, but if you don’t like the taste, the H&B capsules are probably as good, only dearer.
As I say, I’m the ultimate sceptic where pills and potions are concerned, but if you’re suffering joint pain, try it. I hope it does you as much good as it seems to be doing me.
Happy New Year!
