This week, our featured team members are Alethea Paul, Training Ground Facility Operations at Sheffield United and Glynn Radford, Site Manager at HE Barnes.

Alethea Paul

Job Title: Training Ground Facility Operations

Football Team: Manchester United

Length of Time in post: 3 years

Brief description of role: Looking after the facility and ensuring the safety of Staff, Players and Parents on site. Creating timetables for pitch bookings ranging from Men’s & Women’s First Team to Academy U9-23’s making sure everything runs smoothly.

Hobbies/Interests: I also play for Sheffield United Women in the FA Women’s Championship and with any other spare time I like to spend it with my friends and family.

Glynn Radford

Job Title: Site Manager

Football Team: Sheffield United & AFC Norton Woodseats

Length of Time in post: 6 months

Brief description of role: Newly promoted as a Site Manager but have been working on the mechanical side of the business for a few years. Love the new challenges the role has to offer.

Hobbies/Interests: Watching Sheffield United.
