Successful Surrender.

Successful Surrender.

Your morning routine is of HUGE importance in setting you up for a successful day.

The truth is that every day you are blessed with a fresh start and an opportunity for a new beginning. From the moment you crack your eyes open your future has begun again.?

Whatever worries, frustrations and challenges you had the day before, they have been cleansed away through sleep. So let that sh%# go. It will not serve you, or the people you lead today.

One of the three key pillars to Leveraged Leadership I’m writing about in my new book the Leveraged Leader is successful surrender.

Often many leaders get caught in the trap of busyness, of overwhelm of doing, doing, doing and never ever settling into being.?

Truly successful leaders however know that all that matters is today, this moment, the here and now. Leveraged leaders practice pausing, reflecting and welcoming in the morning and all its freshness without cluttering it with the thoughts and frustrations of yesterday. They practice Dadirri – deep listening, allowing their subconscious, nature and their intuition to rise and whisper to them first, before the world, it’s deadlines and expectations come crashing in.

How are you surrendering and allowing your intuition to whisper to you in the morning? Or are you allowing the world to dictate how your day will unfold. It matters, more than you could imagine.?

I send you great support and encouragement dear leader – to establish something, one small shift each day – a single atomic habit that will set you up for the rest of your days weeks and year so you can become a truly joyful, leveraged leader.

My joy is walking in the bush with my dogs and connecting to country every single morning.

What habit are you practicing or introducing? Let me know, I’d love to be inspired by you! Love,?

The here and now. ?? That ability to be present makes all the difference. Leaders who have harnessed this can more effectively hold space for others. It’s not something that can be written down, defined in a policy. It’s felt.
