Qualities and abilities that are important to a leader are insufficient for successful leadership. Synergy and synchronization between critical elements will lead to a successful leadership
The most important qualities & abilities of a good leader include;
- Communication
- Integrity
- Accountability
- Empathy
- Resilience
- Vision
- Takes calculated risks
- Influence
- Results
- Positive
- Confidence
- Collaboration
- Decision maker
- Transparency
Each quality has a deep and precise meaning; It branches into sub-qualities that together created the completed quality- The complete quality is larger than its parts. A leader is successful when he knows the qualities in their right precision and integrates all these qualities by synergy.
For example one important quality is communication and part of its sub-qualities are:
- Communicate messages: clear, direct, honest, convincing and respectful
- Listening
- Creating a dialogue
- Q&A
- Sharing information
- Transparency
Synergy and synchronization between those qualities: All those qualities should be synchronized in each situation to generate actions.
Leaders know how to combine these qualities at the right time, with the right speed, with the right people and with the right actions and achieve effective results.

Action is one of the key points! A successful exemplary leader manages to combine all of these qualities and all critical elements to solve problems, he deals with challenges by various actions with the right team members and lead them to successful performance.
Building a winning team and leading them to success; as a strategic concept to lead team to success, a leader has the ability to identify the strengths of each of his current team members and setting for them relevant goals. He also builds diversified teams with various strengths that will work together and achieve significant results . A leader recognizes the potential of a candidate with exceptional abilities, even if he doesn’t have any experience! by coaching him and the team members, he sets for them the right goals that will develop their strengths towards success.

Leading people to success; By various processes and attitudes a leader has the ability to create the correct platform to develop his team to success; by building a mutual trust, spotlighting organization’s vision, let them cope with obstacles and take into account that they will fail – and grow them from failure as well.
Continuous learning; A significance process that a leader creates or makes sure his team members have is a learning platform that includes various issues that are relevant to their job and will develop their career. A leader makes sure that information and knowledge are shared between the team members in a mutual way, and there is a continuous self and peer learning - even by setting this as goals. There is a significant importance to observe the progress of the learning by different ways: discussion, analytic learning, implementation the knowledge etc…
Continuous and transparent feedback: A leader who creates a platform of on going mutual feedback, defines relevant objectives and observes his team progress will achieve better results
