A Successful Flavors of Carolina 2024
North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services
Flavors of Carolina is a private, upscale food show held at the Embassy Suites of Concord on Tuesday, February 13. This upscale food show is for our Got to Be NC members to proudly display their N.C. products.?
The ballroom at Embassy Suites of Concord had over 150 booths, making this a sold-out event.? Flavors of Carolina provided buyers the opportunity to sample products, discuss pricing, and educate exhibitors on what it would take to get their products into their stores or on their restaurant’s menu.?
The Grower/Buyer Exchange event, in conjunction with Flavors of Carolina, was held the day before the show.? Got to Be NC members got the opportunity to have one-on-one meetings with buyers from Food Lion, Harris Teeter, and Cheney Brothers during the 15-minute sessions.?
The NC Wine pocket maps were a big hit at the Flavors of Carolina show and were given to every attendee.
We look forward to seeing more N.C. produce and products on grocery store shelves and served at restaurants.
