Successful Completion of Major Subsea Projects
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a complex pipeline project, spanning over 370 kilometers under PRPVII RTR, Company ONGC. This remarkable accomplishment is a testament to the expertise, dedication, and collaborative efforts of our LTEH team and partners, including POSH Subsea, Seamec LTD, OCS, AOS, SHEPL, Narmada Offshore, Serimax, Fugro, Aegion, and numerous other stakeholders.
Key Project Highlights:
- Pipelaying: Execution of over 370 kilometers of pipeline(Including 6xPiggy back segments & 5xFBE segments) , demonstrating exceptional planning and operational prowess.
- Riser Installation: Successful installation of 68 risers(including 12xPiggyback + 10xFBE risers), with a notable achievement of 50 risers completed within a single season.
- Riser Removal: Expert removal of more than 30 risers, showcasing reverse engineering capabilities.
- Spool Installation: Installation of over 100 spools, including piggyback risers and SPRU spools.
- FBE Coating: Application of fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) coating to risers and spools for enhanced durability.
- Barge Bumpers and Riser Guards installation

- Pre-Commissioning and Handover: Seamless handover of over 48 pipeline segments under the PRPVII RTR project(including Balance PRPVI by VMGL).

The Most Challenging Aspect:
The installation of a 130T, length 49meter sump caisson using controlled blasting methods, followed by its protector cage installation under the NLNRC Project, presented the most significant challenge. Our team's expertise and meticulous planning ensured a successful outcome, reinforcing our position as engineering specialists.
