What's the fastest way to get the results you are looking for in your practice? Get crystal clear about what success looks like for you. ??

When I work with practice owners to help them grow and scale their clinics, I start with a Practice Growth Roadmap.

The map starts where they are now and then plots all the steps that would lead them to where they want their practice to be.

But this is impossible if they aren't super clear about where they want their practice to be.

Neutral statements like "busier" or "more new patients" don't cut it.

Here are some examples of clients inside my program and what they are aiming for this year:

• Get 3 more new patients a week so I can get some breathing space financially ??
• Get an extra 2 shockwave therapy patients per week so I can pay the unit off in a year ?
• Add ￡2K per month to income from associates so I can go down to a 4-day week ??
