Transformation Change Programmes and Business Improvements in corporate organisations often cause frustrations, delays and generally don’t reach full potential.

We call these frustrations….“Pains Points”.

One of the biggest pain points is having available internal resource dedicated to facilitating and supporting the activities required in any change programme, but they pulled into the day to day and fail to support change objectively.

All change programmes need help (i.e using an experienced specialist professional consultancy). However, this has its challenges.

Do internal people have the time, the inclination, the skills and very importantly support to succeed?

Do external consultants really engage with the employees and do things with them to create change or despite them. (Well at NewLeaf International we do, but that’s another story!)

A network of small groups of Operations Managers, Organisational Development Managers and Change Agents to collaborate with likeminded and driven people lead by expert consultants who have ‘learnt by doing’.

These personalised sessions will focus on individual-specific situations and include the formulation of a Personal Action Plan.
