Successes and Gratitudes - November 20

So much amazing stuff going on. This week:

Successes:

• Remember that leadership coaching offering? It filled up, with a waitlist! We were able to open up some more spots. So exciting to get to bring coaching to so many leaders, and that they're asking for it too!
• Kicked off planning and continued activity on some important work I'm involved with- lots of meetings with senior leaders this week!
• Got to participate in the Boston Globe Top Places to Work celebration, which was really fun and a lovely hat-tip from my manager.

Gratitudes:

• Got some recognition this week that is really meaningful for me and made the rest of the week super great - thanks to my leaders for that!
• I have to mention the Allies Acting for Change again- if they're not representing with perfect poise in meetings with senior leaders, they're presenting to a thousand people at town halls or facilitating meetings or taking notes or attending celebrations. They are BEYOND.
• My youngest son has been learning some awesome new skills from his school- managing big emotions in the time of COVID has been hard on his 6-year old self! The framework he's been learning is great and helps me too!
